Raksmey Arun Roeum

Raksmey Arun Roeum, Ph.D., MPH, CHES, serves as a Program Administrator at Telecare Corporation since May 2014, overseeing various mental health initiatives. Additionally, Raksmey operates as a Holistic Health & Wellness Consultant, emphasizing a multifaceted approach to client health journeys. As an Adjunct Associate Professor at San Joaquin Delta College, Raksmey teaches courses in Health Education, Yoga, and Cardio-Kickboxing. Previous roles include leadership positions at Human Services Projects, Inc. and California State University, Stanislaus, where Raksmey focused on health and wellness program development. With an extensive educational background, including a Doctorate in Public Health and a Master’s in Public Health, Raksmey holds a comprehensive understanding of health promotion and education.
