Traci E. Powell, MD, MBA, CPE, currently serves as the VP and Chief Professional Practice Officer at Telecare Corporation since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Quality Improvement Medical Director at Kern Health Systems, Behavioral Health Medical Director at WellCare Health Plans, and President at Beverly Behavioral Health, Ltd. Traci has also held various psychiatric positions at hospitals and mental health organizations.
