Nii Laate Lartey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, credit control, and risk management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Head of Wholesale at Telecel Ghana since April 2022, Nii has previously held multiple leadership roles at Vodafone, including Head of Customer Experience, Head of Credit Control & Risk Management, and Head of Customer Operations. Nii's expertise includes developing and implementing customer engagement strategies, managing credit policies, and driving operational efficiency through the enhancement of customer care processes. Nii's career began at Millicom Ghana as Network Quality Manager, and Nii holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School.
