Ahmed Hegab

Ahmed Hegab has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Mobile, NOC Front Office/1st Level Support & Field Maintenance at Telecom Egypt since July 2017. In this role, responsibilities include managing the NOC vendor (Ericsson) and overseeing teams focused on network availability across various domains. Prior to this, Ahmed held multiple positions at Ericsson between October 2012 and June 2017, including Front Office Shift Leader and Access Leader, where leadership of teams and first-level assurance delivery were key duties. Earlier experience includes roles in international technical support at Raya CC and various trainee positions in IT and engineering at prominent companies. Ahmed Hegab holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Akhbar el Youm Academy.
