Hazem Fayed

Hazem Fayed is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in consumer marketing, particularly in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Since January 2018, Hazem has held multiple positions at Telecom Egypt, including Consumer Marketing Retention and Loyalty Program Section Head and Consumer Marketing Section Head, where responsibilities include marketing strategy and planning, campaign management, brand management, consumer insights and analytics, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Telecom Egypt, Hazem served as a Product Manager at Raya CX, focusing on Apple and Microsoft products, and as a Branch Executive Manager, Senior Account Manager, Direct Sales Management Representative, and Sales Supervisor at TE Data. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone. Hazem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Cairo University.
