Medhat Atta is currently the Network Operation Section Head Engineer at Telecom Egypt, where they utilize their extensive experience in network configuration and troubleshooting. Medhat's technical expertise includes a wide range of routers, switches, and access technologies, with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality connectivity for both enterprise and residential customers. Previously, they held various positions at TEDATA and EgyNet, where they enhanced their skills in network operation and customer support. Medhat earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Electronic and Computer Engineering from Helwan University Cairo.
