Mohamed Elsheikh

MOhamed Elsheikh is an experienced IT professional with a background in information technology service desk operations. Currently employed at Telecom Egypt since July 2022, MOhamed focuses on managing incidents, overseeing Active Directory services, and administering web servers and application systems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
