Rafik Nofal

Rafik Nofal currently serves as Chief Legal Counsel at Telecom Egypt, a position held since December 2010, and has been a first lawyer and legal counselor at telecomegypt since March 2002. Rafik has demonstrated skills in negotiations, crisis management, and leadership throughout these roles. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Cambridge's Judge Entrepreneurship Centre (2008-2009) and a High School Diploma in Law from Mansoura University (1995-1999).
