Nicola Lattanzio

Nicola Lattanzio has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, primarily with TIM since September 1997. Currently serving as Head of Pre & Post Sales SMB Market, Nicola manages networking and IT project design and service delivery for small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include leadership in planning, performance monitoring, and service management across consumer and SME markets, as well as development of customized ICT solutions for business clients. Nicola has also held positions focused on process design and demand management for SME and enterprise markets, and has coordinated national service delivery for top clients. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Engineer at Bull Italia, specializing in LAN and WAN network design. Nicola's educational background includes a degree in Electronics from Politecnico di Bari and studies at SDA Bocconi.
