Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)
Pankaj Mohindroo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Since January 2002, Pankaj has been the Chairman of the India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA) and has served as Hony Secretary of the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) since 2012. Pankaj has also held the position of Chairman & Editor in Chief at My Mobile Infomedia since February 2005 and is the Chairman of Spring Agro Industries Ltd. in Ghana since September 2019. Previous roles include Chairman at I MATE INDIA P. LTD. (2006-2009) and CEO at Agrani Convergence Limited (ESSEL-ZEE GROUP) from 2000 to 2003, as well as Executive President at the Nahar group of companies from 1992 to 2000. Pankaj began a career at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd as a Divisional Manager from 1983 to 1992. Pankaj holds an MBA in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Commerce (HONS) from Punjab University.

Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)
Established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Telecom Sector Skill Council is an industry-led apex body, a not-for-profit organization, committed to developing world-class skilled manpower for the telecom industry. The organization is a joint collaboration by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications (MeitY). TSSC has certified over 6.5 lac people already work and has approximate 500 training partners with 1000+ training centres across the country and continues to strive forward with a commitment.
