Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)
Salil Nath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and skill development within the telecom and education sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Head - NER at the Telecom Sector Skill Council since December 2023, Salil previously held the position of Senior General Manager-Projects at Techno India Group. Salil has also worked in various roles at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. for over seven years, progressing from Regional Manager to Senior Manager-Sales. Earlier career experiences include positions such as Branch Head at the Institute for Quality Skill Training and various roles at ICA Edu Skills, including Franchise Support Manager and Quality Assurance Officer. Salil holds a Master of Social Work degree from Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Calcutta University, along with a postgraduate diploma in computer applications.

Established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Telecom Sector Skill Council is an industry-led apex body, a not-for-profit organization, committed to developing world-class skilled manpower for the telecom industry. The organization is a joint collaboration by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications (MeitY). TSSC has certified over 6.5 lac people already work and has approximate 500 training partners with 1000+ training centres across the country and continues to strive forward with a commitment.
