Mathew Theisz has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Mathew began their career as an EMT-B: First Responder at the Washington Township Volunteer Ambulance Corps. In 2006, they joined PierCon Solutions LLC as a Sr. RF Engineer, a role they held until 2012 when they became an Engineering Consultant at Motorola Solutions. In 2007, they also began working as an RF Consultant at MetroPCS, a role they held until 2009 when they were promoted to RF Engineering Consultant. In 2016, they joined Telecommunications Development Corp as an RF Engineering Consultant at the Office of Unified Communications. In this role, they provide consulting services including training, program development, and SME advising in the Radio Shop, Inbuilding wireless, and Emergency management programs. Mathew is a specialist in LMR and Cellular Inbuilding Wireless systems and ERRCS Encrypted interoperability in the National Capital Region. Mathew is also experienced in Radio subscriber and tactical radio solutions.
Mathew Theisz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 2000 and 2005.
