Patrick Lozada

Patrick Lozada is an experienced professional in international trade and policy, currently serving as the Director of Global Policy at the Telecommunications Industry Association since August 2019. Prior roles include membership on the Board of Directors for the United States Information Technology Office, and a directorship at Albright Stonebridge Group, where Lozada advised multinational clients on China's economy and political landscape, focusing on the ICT and automotive sectors. Additional experience encompasses positions at the US-China Business Council, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and various roles in communications and multimedia. Lozada holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics with a focus on China Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor's degree in History from Haverford College.
