Mohammed Bushlaibi

Mohammed Bushlaibi is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience in leading national cybersecurity operations and strategy within aeCERT at the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority since November 2014. As Senior Manager, Mohammed oversees the FEDnet Security Operations Center, focusing on 24/7 monitoring and incident response efforts to protect the UAE Federal Government Network. Previous roles include Manager Information Security Services, where responsibilities involved reporting directly to the aeCERT Director and creating the Annual Digital Shield Cyber Drill, and Senior Information Security Engineer, handling security compliance and vulnerability assessments. Additionally, Mohammed co-hosted a technology-focused radio show at Sharjah Broadcasting Authority and held roles at Yahsat Space Services and du, showcasing a strong background in both technical and communication aspects of the field. Mohammed earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
