Keino Cox is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the AGM of Emerging Services and Innovation at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (TSTT) since May 2014. Notable achievements include leading the development of a National Digital Payments Platform and a Government revenue collection system, as well as implementing innovative procurement tools and strategies that significantly improved operational efficiency and cost savings. Keino has held various leadership positions at TSTT, including Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Supply Chain, where impactful programs and systems were established to enhance procurement processes and enterprise management. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant Economic Advisor to the CARICOM Secretariat, contributing to the development of a strategic plan for the Caribbean Community. Keino holds an MBA with Distinction, a BSc in Economics and Finance, and has participated in executive leadership training at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
