Zephon Howard is a Datacenter Specialist at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (TSTT) since August 2019, with prior experience as an IT Product Manager and Service Solution Sales professional at Huawei Technologies from March 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included designing solutions based on customer pain points. Zephon holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus (2010-2013) and completed a course in Chinese Language and Literature at Central China Normal University in 2014.
