Erica Olson

Erica Olson, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Erica is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Teledyne Brown Engineering since August 2022. Prior to this, they held several leadership roles at Yulista Holding LLC, including Senior Director Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. In these positions, they managed various HR functions and served as a Benefits Manager and Employee Benefits Specialist. Before Yulista Holding LLC, Erica worked as a Stella and Dot Stylist at Stella & Dot Family of Brands between 2015 and 2021. Erica also gained experience in human resources at Yulista Aviation, Inc. and Genesis HealthCare. Erica's career began as a Human Resources Generalist at Camber Corporation in 2009.

Erica Olson obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Alabama. Erica pursued their studies at the university for the academic year 2007-2008.
