Richard Abbott

Richard Abbott is an experienced Engineering Manager who has worked for Teledyne Brown Engineering since October 2002. In this role, Richard led a team in coordinating and integrating various agencies and laboratories in conducting test events for the US Ballistic Missile Defense System. Prior to this, Richard worked at Quantum Corp as a Project Manager, where Richard successfully brought a mass storage product from design to production and implemented Lean Manufacturing principles. Abbott holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and attended Brigham Young University.
