Brent Gibson

Brent Gibson has a diverse work experience across multiple industries and roles. Brent currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Teledyne e2v since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Smith+Nephew as a Production Manager from July 2017 to December 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at Instrumentation Laboratory, A Werfen Company from November 2016 to July 2017. Brent also worked as a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor/Product Engineer at RF Surgical Systems, Inc from March 2015 to November 2016. From February 2011 to March 2015, Brent was a Technical Field Representative at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. Brent also worked as a Site Manager/Site Lead at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company from June 2007 to July 2010. Brent started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as part of the F-15 Avionics-Component Maintenance Squadron from June 2003 to June 2007. Prior to that, they were a Senior Sales Representative at Wellquest International from May 1999 to May 2002. Overall, Brent brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role as Director of Operations.

Brent Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In March 2013, they earned the IPC J-STD-001 Certification from TCS. Later, in February 2011, they obtained the Top Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense. More recently, in March 2023, they acquired the Secret Security Clearance from the same institution. Brent also completed the Axeon Corporation's ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 Lead Auditor certification in April 2023. Lastly, in July 2023, they graduated from the Leadership Development Program at the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College (LDI).
