Lee Spalding

Lee Spalding has extensive work experience in facilities management, design and construction management, and mechanical and electrical technical roles. They have worked as the Head of Facilities at Teledyne e2v since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Design and Construction Management at Colchester Borough Homes from 2006 to 2022. In this role, they managed a team of building professionals, conducted condition surveys, and developed a building maintenance program. They also have experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Technical Officer at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2002 to 2006, where they were responsible for designing mechanical and electrical systems, conducting condition surveys, and producing repair and renewal programs.

Lee Spalding attended Colchester Institute from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Building Services Engineering. Lee successfully completed their studies and obtained an HNC degree in the mentioned field.
