Tim Nedimyer

Tim Nedimyer is a Materials Engineer at Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc., specializing in RTG manufacturing processes since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tim served as a Lead Thermal Process Engineer and Manufacturing Quality Engineer at GE Aviation, where responsibilities included managing CMC thermal processes, troubleshooting, and implementing LEAN improvements. Tim's earlier experience includes work as a Research Engineer at Vesuvius USA, focusing on high-temperature material formulations and process optimization. Tim also has a background in academia, having tutored and assisted in teaching various engineering and geology courses while obtaining a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering and Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, respectively. Additionally, Tim has participated in research programs and online education, contributing to a diverse skill set in materials science and engineering.
