Mark Boileau

Mark Boileau has a long and diverse work experience. Mark started their career at ISC Aerospace in 1987 as a Project Manager. Mark then worked at Marconi Dynamics as a Software Engineer and at Ferranti Aerospace as a Project Manager. In 1989, Boileau joined Curtis Instruments as a Senior Project Leader, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Senior Project Manager at ADA Technologies, Inc. Boileau then worked at Advanced Distributed Sensor Systems, Inc. as a Legal & Contracts Manager from 2008 to 2009. Mark later joined Avon Protection Systems as a Contracts Manager & ITAR Empowered Official from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Boileau served as a Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance at Grainger. Mark then joined W.W. Grainger, Inc. as a Global Trade Compliance Program Manager from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Boileau is working at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, where they have held multiple roles since 2016, including Corporate Director, Export and Data Compliance & Director, Export Controls - Instrumentation Segment, and currently as the Senior Corporate Director and Counsel, Export & Data Compliance, Automation and Training.

Mark Boileau received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1985. Mark then attended Purdue Global Law School from 2004 to 2008, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
