Maria Padrosa is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, marketing, and guest experience. As the Founder and CEO of Telefèric Barcelona since June 2012, Maria has successfully driven the vision of the company. Prior to this, Maria served as the Guest Experience & Marketing Manager at Telefónica from January 2009 to December 2012 and co-owned Tennis Advantage Barcelona from May 2007 to May 2010. Additional experience includes working as an M&A Consultant at Ladenburg Thalmann and as a Marketing Manager for L’OCCITANE Group in Shanghai. Early career roles also included a position as a Quality Advisor at Florette UK & Ireland Ltd. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from IQS Barcelona, completed in 2008.

The original restaurant was opened by their parents more than thirty years ago north of Barcelona and trailblazed the movement of pintxos in the Catalonia region.
