Alan Waters

Alan Waters is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in SAP HCM, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Global HR Technology at Teleflex Incorporated since April 2016, Alan has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager HRIS at Jaguar Land Rover and multiple SAP HCM Consultant positions at renowned organizations such as EPI-USE Singapore Ltd, Kerry Group, and SABMiller. Alan has demonstrated expertise in functional solution design, data migration, and system testing, and has successfully led various HR and payroll SAP implementations across multiple sectors and countries. Alan holds a BA in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
