Damien Bridges has extensive experience in training and organizational change management, currently serving as the Head of IT Organizational Change Management and Training at Teleflex Medical since October 2006. Prior roles include Training Consultant at RWD Technologies in 2006, Senior Training Consultant at Synaptis from 2000 to 2006, and Training Consultant at Waste Management, Inc. from 1998 to 2006. Damien holds a Bachelor's degree in Science Teacher Education from North Carolina State University, attended from 1991 to 1999, and also completed education at T Wingate Andrews from 1987 to 1991.
