Sandy Dobs

Sandy Dobs is an experienced professional in quality management with a substantial career at Teleflex Incorporated since July 2008, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality Projects. In this role, Sandy manages dynamic teams focused on External Standards and Regulations, Document Control, and Training, while also developing team members for career advancement. Previous positions at Teleflex include Sr. Manager of Quality Systems and Global Document Control and Labeling Manager, overseeing critical areas such as labeling, UDI compliance, and quality system activities. Prior to Teleflex, Sandy held the role of Document, Design, Change Control Manager at both Johnson & Johnson and Alza Corporation, and served as Office Manager at Visual Circuits. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
