Timothy Lufkin is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the surgical sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales - Surgical at Teleflex Incorporated since August 2018, Lufkin previously held various leadership roles at Aesculap from January 2004 to August 2018, including Vice President Sales - Surgical Specialties, Vice President Sales - Neurosurgery, National Sales Director - Neurosurgery, and Regional Sales Director. Lufkin has managed a comprehensive sales division, overseeing multiple regional directors and sales representatives while implementing key initiatives such as training program redesign and the creation of a clinical support team.
