Lottie McKinnon CFD, PFCI currently serves as the Program Director for Industry Relations and Education at Teleflora, a position held since March 2008. In this role, Lottie oversees a national design education program for florists and has successfully developed a virtual education initiative that has significantly increased engagement and tripled average attendance. Previously, Lottie held positions as Director of Sales Marketing at Fifth Avenue Entertainment and as Catering and Special Events Manager at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, where responsibilities included event management, menu creation, and participation in community projects. Lottie holds a BTEC in Business & Finance from Amersham & Wycombe College and has further education from the Royal College of Music.
