Fernando Bertrán García

Fernando Bertrán García has extensive experience in the technology industry. Fernando currently serves as the Head of Cloud Services Platform Operations at Telefónica Tech, where they are responsible for platform support and ensuring stability. Prior to their current role, Fernando was the CEO of KVER.Tech, a company specializing in digital transformation. Fernando also worked as a Senior Systems' Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on virtualization and cloud computing. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a System Administrator and Net Developer at CARITAS and Estrella Publicidad S.L., respectively. Throughout their career, Fernando has demonstrated expertise in virtualization, cloud computing, and system administration.

Fernando Bertrán García completed a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1992 to 1996. Fernando then pursued a degree in Computing Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1996 to 2000.

In terms of certifications, Fernando obtained several certifications, including VMware Specialist - vSAN 2020 from VMware in October 2020, AZ-300 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies from Microsoft in 2020, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in January 2020. Fernando also obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in 2019 and VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization 2019 in 2019.
