Klaus Luehr

Klaus Luehr has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Klaus is currently serving as the Head of Operations T-Tech Germany at Telefónica Tech since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked for IBC Systems SRL as a Project Director and Service Consultant from July 2014 to February 2021. Klaus also worked as a Professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from March 2020 to December 2020.

Before joining these companies, they held various positions at Bluekey, EBD PERU SA, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Banco de Crédito BCP. In these roles, they gained experience in business development, strategic planning, project management, service consulting, and operations management. Klaus successfully expanded business models to different sectors and achieved cost reductions while increasing service portfolios. Klaus Luehr has a strong background in the telecommunications industry and has made significant contributions to the companies they have worked for.

Klaus Luehr holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESAN Graduate School of Business, obtained in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig between 1987 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Klaus has obtained certifications such as Agile Foundations, Cert Prep: Scrum Master, DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile, Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum, Scrum: Advanced, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management from LinkedIn. Klaus also holds a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University at Coursera. Klaus achieved the Certified Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2014.
