Teresa Gonzalez

Teresa Gonzalez serves as the Head of Global HR at Telefonica On The Spot Services, a position held since March 2003, overseeing the implementation and management of global HR strategies across multiple countries including Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Mexico. Responsibilities encompass all HR axes at a global level, focusing on development areas such as recruitment, organizational talent, digital transformation, as well as service delivery aspects like labor relations and compensation. Prior to this role, Teresa was the HR Development Manager at Onda Cero Radio, responsible for training plans and strategic HR projects, and worked as an HR Development Technician at Genesis Seguros Generales, contributing to sales objectives in various commercial areas. Teresa holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, completed in 1995.
