Richard A. Magin has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and network engineering field. From 1999 to 2006, they worked as a Sr. Network Engineer for InfoAvenue Internet Services, where they supervised and managed the Network Operations Center employees team, recorded, analyzed, identified and repaired network circuit troubles utilizing HP OpenView, Tripwire, Castle Rock SNMP, Ethereal, Remedy and Track-it, implemented and maintained VOIP system management, assisted first and second level engineers in resolution of network troubles, facilitated service order completion through inter-departmental cooperation and managed IP allocations for customers.
