TMG’s activities are divided into four operating divisions: National Media, publishing daily newspapers (De Telegraaf), free sheets (Sp!ts, Metro), magazines (Prive, Autovisie) and digital media; Local and Regional Media, including regional daily newspapers, free local papers and Dichtbij; Sky Radio Group, operating radio stations such as Sky Radio 101 FM, Radio Veronica and Classic FM; Keesing Media Group, developing puzzle games for mobile phones; and Facilitating services, which include, amongst others, printing and distribution of newspapers, providing of office space and related facilities, and offering information and communications technology (ICT) services. The Company is present in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Denmark, among others.
