Marsella Abdullah

Marsella Abdullah is an accomplished General Manager at Telekom Malaysia, with extensive experience in human capital management, internal audit, product management, and business strategy. With a career spanning over three decades, Marsella has held various leadership roles, including overseeing the Human Capital Business Partnering for TM Enterprise Division, leading the Customer Service Academy to enhance employee skills, and managing internal audits across several business functions. Previous positions included roles in product development at TM Net Sdn Bhd and as CEO of Cybermall Sdn Bhd, where strategic planning and innovation were key responsibilities. Marsella holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas.
