Ts. Firman Johari Nasir

Ts. Firman Johari Nasir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as General Manager for Regional Market Solutioning and previously for Carrier Network Development at Telekom Malaysia since May 2012. With a background that includes roles such as Assistant General Manager Sales and Manager Consulting Services, Ts. Firman has developed a strong expertise in global and wholesale sales as well as customer service. Prior to Telekom Malaysia, experience was gained at VADS Berhad as Head Of International Network Operations and Manager Network Operations, and earlier positions included Assistant Manager Transmission NOC at Telekom Malaysia. Educational qualifications encompass a Leadership Programme in Digital Transformation Strategy from IMD, a Leadership Program from Cranfield School of Management, a Master of Library & Information Science from Universiti Malaya, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
