Vesna Prodnik

Vesna Prodnik is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and regulatory sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at Telekom Slovenije since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as CEO and Co-Founder of VAFER Ltd, where project consulting services were provided to the Ministry of Economy Environment and Regulatory Authority of Electronic Postal Communication in Kosovo. Vesna has held various leadership positions, including CEO and Founder of ECM d.o.o., Head of Regulatory Affairs at Telekom Slovenije, and Head of Interconnections and National Roaming at Mobitel d.d. Additionally, a background in public service includes work as a Counsellor to the Ministry for Information Society of the Government of Slovenia. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MA in Market Communication from the University of Ljubljana.
