Nemanja Runic

Nemanja Runic has a diverse work experience in the fields of HR, research, and statistics. Nemanja started their career in 2012 as a Statistics and Research Specialist and also served as a Coordinator of peer education activities in Asocijacija XY (NGO). In 2014, they joined m:tel where they held various roles including HR Research Specialist and Head of HR Training and Development Services. In these positions, Nemanja was responsible for coordinating and participating in HR processes, conducting research and surveys, analyzing data, and proposing solutions. Nemanja also played an active role in candidate selection and led HR development projects.

Nemanja Runic completed their undergraduate education in Psychology at the University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Philosophy, from the year 2005 to 2011. Nemanja obtained a Bachelor's degree during this period.
