Rastko Pavlovic

Rastko Pavlovic has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rastko started their career at m:tel in 2007, where they served as the Head of Mobile Billing and Roaming Department until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they held the role of Head of the Business Intelligence Department at the same company. In January 2017, they transitioned to the role of Head of IT BSS. In addition to their work at m:tel, Rastko also worked at Pošte Srpske as a Supervisory Board member from 2015 to 2019. During the same period, they also worked at MTEL Austria as an IT Project Coordinator from February 2015 to April 2016.

Rastko Pavlovic completed their education at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka from 1993 to 2000, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from SAP, including "Your HR Journey to the Cloud" in April 2023, "SAP SuccessFactors Learning – Get Your Implementation Right! (Repeat)" in November 2022, "SAP Analytics Cloud – Become an Augmented BI Expert" in May 2022, "Run Simple HR with SuccessFactors Employee Central" in October 2021, and "Human Experience Management (HXM) - The Next Phase of HR" in September 2021.
