D. Andiono has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Billing & Revenue Management Development Manager at Telkom Indonesia since November 2014. Previous roles within the company have included Billing Operations Manager and Rating & Billing Retail System O&M Manager. Prior to joining Telkom Indonesia, D. Andiono worked at PT. Telkom Indonesia as a business application specialist from January 2011 to March 2020. D. Andiono holds a Bachelor's degree in Teknik Informatika from Universitas Islam Indonesia, completed between 1995 and 2002.
