Ika Nugrahanti

Ika Nugrahanti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a CX Digital Strategy Expert at Telekomunikasi Indonesia since 2008. Previous roles at the same company include Business Analyst, SPV Plasa, Direct Channel Officer, and positions in Divisi Telkom Timur and UCS Jember. Prior to this, Ika worked as an Engineer at Versatile Silicon Technologies from November 2007 to February 2008. Ika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2007.
