Maya Susanti

Maya Susanti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HC Business Partner (Account Manager) at Telkom Indonesia since April 2017, where responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business objectives across various functions, developing talent management initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previous roles at Telkom Indonesia include HC Development & Performance Management (Assistant Manager), where a comprehensive performance management policy for 25,000 employees was developed, and leading the establishment of the DIGISTAR Employer Branding Program, which significantly contributed to high employee satisfaction scores. Maya's earlier experience includes positions as an Assistant Producer and Presidential Journalist at TVRI Nasional, and as a News Presenter and Journalist at Televisi Republik Indonesia. Maya holds a Master’s degree in Media Management from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of Indonesia, and has participated in a Fellowship Program in Communication and Media Studies at Texas A&M University.
