Zuansah Rachmat Munggaran

Zuansah Rachmat Munggaran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Head of the Representative Office at Telkom Indonesia since July 2019, Zuansah has achieved significant success in improving B2B and B2C digital connectivity customer sales by 34% and managing a large subscriber base, earning platinum performance in access fiber network operations. Previous roles at Telkom Indonesia include Head of Business Unit and Access Data Management Supervisor, where Zuansah demonstrated leadership in operational efficiency and revenue growth. With experience at PT PLN (Persero) in high voltage electrical distribution, Zuansah adeptly led various technical teams in operation and maintenance.
