Ismael Santacruz Vera

Ismael Santacruz Vera serves as the Director of Innovation and New Technologies at Telematel since March 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing product, service, and process innovation, as well as coordinating various areas to implement suitable technological tools for the business model. Previously, Ismael held roles as Responsable de Tecnología e I+D, focusing on technological infrastructure design and R&D development, and as an IT Software Engineer, addressing technological needs for the company’s proprietary ERP and new development projects. Prior experience includes working as an Analista Programador at RCM Software, SL from 1997 to 2007, where Ismael developed the company’s ERP and catered to client business needs. Ismael holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a postgraduate master's degree in .NET application development from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
