Lesa Riczo, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in Human Resources and administrative support, with experience spanning various industries. Starting as an Executive Assistant at Flexware Innovation, Lesa assisted the Founder/CEO with recruitment, event planning, and accounts payable. Subsequently, as HR Director at Infinity Health Care Management, leadership was provided to ensure consistent HR policy execution across multiple entities.
