Adam Levensohn has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Adam started their career as a Manager at Taco Bell, where they supervised multiple restaurants and oversaw day-to-day operations. Adam then transitioned to CVS/Pharmacy, where they worked as a Manager for five years.

In 1999, Adam joined IBM Rational Software, initially as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Adam resolved advanced technical issues and provided training and mentoring to the global support organization. Adam later served as a Senior Manager for the Support Escalation Team, acting as a liaison between technical support and engineering departments and resolving complex customer concerns.

Adam's career at IBM continued as they became Senior Manager of ClearCase Software Development and Release Engineering. Adam tracked and managed technical debt and utilized Rational Team Concert and Rational Quality Manager for testing. Adam then moved on to the role of Software Program Director and Product Manager, leading a team of managers and developers and utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies for successful software releases.

After their tenure at IBM, Adam joined HCL Technologies as the Director of Software Engineering and Developer Operations. Adam led a team responsible for enterprise management tools and maintained profitability for multiple quarters.

Most recently, Adam worked at Telemynd as Director of Client Operations. Adam managed a team responsible for the patient and provider experience in a TeleBehavioral Health company. Adam'sresponsibilities included call center implementation and management, IT support, and systems management.

Throughout their career, Adam Levensohn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams, and delivering results in globally distributed environments.

Adam Levensohn attended Franklin Pierce University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
