Rachel Lynch

Rachel Lynch has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachel started their career as an intern at Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Company in 2015. Rachel then joined Tufts Medical Center as a Program Coordinator, where they managed heart failure patients and coordinated outpatient care. In 2017, they joined CarePort Health, initially as a Partnership Analyst and later as a Senior Partnership Analyst. Rachel'sresponsibilities in these roles included driving implementations of CarePort SaaS solutions, conducting research and data analysis, and providing customer support. From 2020 onwards, Rachel worked at Telemynd as a Client Implementation Manager and currently serves as a Partner Success Manager.

Rachel Lynch attended Providence College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Policy and Management.
