Bart Lemmens has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bart started their career as a Budget Controller at AGF in 1986 and worked there until 1993. From 1993 to 1994, they worked as a Controller at SPP LET Europe. In 1994, they joined Ingram Micro as a Controller, responsible for consolidation and reporting for European subsidiaries. Bart implemented a reporting and consolidation software tool during their time there. In 1997, Bart joined KPN as a Financial Controller until 2001. From 2002 to 2019, they held the role of CFO at Nextel NV/SA, where they focused on helping SMEs, large enterprises, government institutions, healthcare, and non-profit organizations with future-oriented ICT & Security solutions. Currently, Bart is working at Telenet as the Director Risk & Compliance and Finance Transformation. Bart took on the role of Transformation Director Finance from 2019 to 2020 before transitioning into their current position.
Bart Lemmens obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from KU Leuven from 1983 to 1985. Bart also earned a Master in Tax degree from HEC Saint Louis Brussels from 1987 to 1988. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree in Geography from KU Leuven, graduating between 1979 and 1983.
