Olivier Carlier

Olivier Carlier is a seasoned professional in risk management and fraud prevention, currently serving as Team Manager for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Risk Management at Telenet since April 2023. Previously, Olivier spent over 23 years at BASE Company, where roles included Senior Risk Manager, Project & Database Manager, and Senior Fraud Analyst. Olivier began a career in retail as a General Store Manager (in Training) at GB, which is now part of the Carrefour group, gaining hands-on experience in various store sections. Olivier holds a degree from Ghent University, obtained between 1993 and 1998, and completed earlier education at Onze Lieve Vrouwecollege from 1987 to 1993.
