Charlotte Nystuen

VP Head Of Sales at Telenor Linx

Charlotte Nystuen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charlotte began their career at the Ministry of Finance, where they worked as an Advisor for five years. Charlotte'srole involved handling cases related to various government departments and managing the state budget.

In 2001, Nystuen joined Telenor Mobil as a Business Analyst until 2003. Charlotte then transitioned to the role of Investment Controller at Telenor Mobil, responsible for evaluating investment proposals and managing CAPEX forecasting and reporting.

In 2004, Nystuen moved to the role of Head of Investment Office at Telenor, where they oversaw CAPEX spendings in Telenor Norway and Denmark and coordinated the prioritization process across Nordic Telenor companies.

From 2007 to 2015, Nystuen served as the Head of International Services at Telenor. In this role, they had a global responsibility for wholesale roaming and international long-distance services, with a focus on the Nordic Telenor countries. Charlotte also managed a common organization and held group responsibilities.

In 2015, they became the VP Head of International Roaming at Telenor. In this position, they reported to the CEO and led the Roaming unit, responsible for international wholesale roaming business across all Telenor Business Units. Charlotte'sresponsibilities included entering agreements, implementing discount agreements, and steering management.

Nystuen moved to Telenor Linx in 2016, where they held various positions. As the VP Head of Product Operation and management, they optimized the business across all verticals including international voice, roaming, and digital services. Charlotte collaborated closely with sales and managed a team of approximately 60 employees. Later, as the Head of Cluster and Portfolio Management and second in command for CMO, they were responsible for collaboration with and service delivery to Telenor Business Units and new external customers. Charlotte also managed onboarding and portfolio management, including project management and prioritization. Currently, they serve as the Head of Strategic Sales and BU Management.

Charlotte Nystuen completed their education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). From 1992 to 1996, they obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in ECONOMICS/Business Administration. In 1998 and 1999, they pursued a Financial Analyst (Renteanalytiker) degree in Finance at the same institution. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications in areas like team motivation, cross-cultural intelligence, negotiation skills, and global management from LinkedIn, with the most recent obtained in July 2019.
