Sara Ehtasham

Sara Ehtasham has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Their most recent role is as a Project Change Manager - PMO at Telenor Global Shared Services, where they lead change management activities for different Coupa/ERP Fusion implementation projects across various business units. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner L&D/Change Manager (PMO) at the same company, where they were responsible for conducting training need analysis and recommending learning solutions.

Before joining the Global Shared Services, Sara worked as an Assistant Manager in Facilities Management & HR. Sara oversaw building operations, facilities management, vendor relations, and employee support, while also leading the expert career path for the organization. Sara also served as an Assistant Manager in Facilities Management, where they directed administrative and facilities activities, managed vendor relationships, and organized employee events.

Sara's earlier work experience includes roles such as an Administration Specialist at TGSS-PK, where they handled employee events and managed the women's club, and as an OSS Executive at Telenor Pakistan. Sara also worked at PETRONAS as an HR/Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for HR documentation and travel arrangements. Additionally, they gained experience as a Project Assistant to CTO at the International Labour Organization, where they provided secretarial and administrative support for meetings and workshops.

With a wide range of experience in project management, change management, HR, and administration, Sara Ehtasham has developed a strong skill set that contributes to their current role as a Project Change Manager - PMO.

Sara Ehtasham obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in HR & Marketing from Hamdard University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications in related fields. Some of their certifications include ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICagile in June 2022, Aon Assessment certification course from Aon Norway in May 2022, and Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools (2019) from LinkedIn in January 2022. Sara also holds certifications in Agile Development Practices, Agile at Work, Change Management, Scrum, and Agile Foundations, among others. The obtained years for these certifications range from 2019 to 2022.
